HCJ2027, held at Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls 1‑6) from 16‑19 March 2027, is Japan’s largest business exhibition for the service and food sectors. It combines three shows – HOTERES JAPAN, CATEREX JAPAN and JAPAN SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHOW – featuring about 850 exhibitors across 2,300 booths and targeting roughly 65,000 visitors.
