GASTRO SWEET FEST is a two‑day festival (2‑3 Oct 2026) at PVA EXPO Praha focusing on modern gastronomy, pastry, bakery and coffee. The event features distinct zones: Confectionery, Bakery, Beverage, Modern Gastronomy, plus food trucks and mobile stalls serving innovative designs. Visitors can enjoy tastings, workshops, live demonstrations and high‑profile exhibitions from leading Czech and international specialists. The programme targets the public and culinary schools, offering education and inspiration. The festival runs alongside the FOR BEAUTY, FOR KIDS and FOR INTERIOR trade fairs, occupying the whole exhibition hall and attracting over 30,000 combined visitors. Key highlights include top‑tier pastry and bakery showcases, coffee brewing sessions, and a modern gastronomy showcase integrating design and service concepts.
