The 35th Annual Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta runs September 23‑27, 2026, featuring a five‑day celebration of food, wine, and culture. Top Santa Fe restaurants and chefs (including James Beard Award winners) present the "Who’s Cooking?" program with signature dishes and chef talks. Evening winery dinners pair meals with selected wines. The festival hosts multiple auctions—silent reserve‑tasting and live auctions—highlighting rare bottles and experiences.
