Pittenweem Arts Festival 2026
The Pittenweem Arts Festival runs from 1‑8 August 2026 in the East Neuk of Fife, turning the village into a sprawling, site‑specific gallery. Over 180 artists exhibit in more than 90 unconventional venues – from cosy front rooms and garages to garden sheds – offering intimate encounters with the work. Key highlights include the 2025 invited‑artist exhibition by traditional boat‑builder Gail McGarva, featuring the immersive "Disappearing Lines" installation and a miniature Story Boat. The Henderson‑Inglis Bursary winner Aimie Harding presents a solo show, while the Emerging Artists exhibition showcases new talent. The programme also offers 50+ family‑friendly events such as workshops, talks, film screenings and live music by Admiral Fallow and the Rebecca Vasmant Ensemble, spread across four village zones.
