Pro-Immo 2026
PRO-IMMO 2026 is a three‑day trade show (June 11‑13, 2026) in Tunis focused on real‑estate promotion, financing, finishing and elevator equipment. Around 50 exhibitors showcase new housing projects, development services, financing solutions and finishing products. The displayed projects span numerous Tunisian locations such as Carthage, La Soukra, Le Kram, Nabeul, Monastir, Sousse, Menzah, La Ghazela, Rades, Raoued, Les Jardins d'El Menzah, La Marsa, El Mourouj and others. Parallel conferences address social housing, the future of real‑estate agents, and foreign ownership of property in Tunisia, aiming to stimulate sector growth and address construction cost challenges.
