This document outlines the official participation regulations and privacy policy for exhibitors at the Electric Power Industry Expo Korea 2026, hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do and the Korea Electrical Contractors Association, and organized by EXCO Co., Ltd. and Electric Newspaper Co., Ltd.
Key Participation Regulations
- Application & Payment: Exhibitors must submit an application and pay a 50% down payment within 10 days of receiving the invoice. The balance is due by May 15, 2026.
- Booth Allocation: Booths are assigned based on application order, area, and exhibition nature. The organizer may change allocations, and exhibitors cannot object.
- Hall Management: Exhibitors must display approved items and staff their booths. Unauthorized items, direct sales, or unapproved transfers are prohibited and may result in removal without refund.
- Cancelamento: Written cancellation by May 15, 2026, results in a refund minus the down payment. Cancellations after May 20, 2026, receive no refund.
- Liability & Insurance: Exhibitors are fully responsible for damage, theft, and fire caused by their exhibits and must arrange their own insurance.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes are governed by the arbitration award of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board.

Personal information collected (name, affiliation, contact details) is used for member management, future exhibition invitations, and marketing upon barcode scanning. Data may be provided to the Korea Exhibition Industry Promotion Association (AKEI) for verification and is destroyed after its purpose is fulfilled.
