ExpoCulinaire 2026 is a three‑day B2B event in the UAE that combines a focused trade exhibition for the food‑service sector with the region’s premier culinary competition and a HoReCa education platform. The exhibition showcases food, beverages, ingredients, equipment, services and professional skills, targeting chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, students and industry professionals. Central to the event is the Emirates International Salon Culinaire, the largest single‑entry chef competition in the Middle East, featuring ice‑carving, elaborate buffet platters, pastry and chocolate creations, and other visual culinary showcases. Accredited by Worldchefs, the event also offers dedicated education and training sessions for junior and senior professionals, supported by accredited schools and institutions.
