Expo Culinaire 2026
ExpoCulinaire 2026 is a three‑day B2B event (June 22‑24) that combines a focused trade exhibition for the food‑service industry with the region’s premier culinary competition and a HoReCa education platform. The exhibition showcases food, drink, ingredients, equipment, services and skill‑building opportunities for chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, students and professionals. The centerpiece is the Emirates International Salon Culinaire, the largest chef competition in the Middle East, featuring ice‑carving, elaborate buffet platters, pastry and chocolate creations, and other visual culinary showcases. Accredited by Worldchefs, the event also offers dedicated education and training sessions for junior and senior professionals, supported by accredited schools and institutions. Partners include government, hotels, sponsors and education partners, making it the only dedicated UAE event for the HoReCa sector.
