FOOD STYLE JAPAN (Kyushu) is a two‑day, nationwide food‑business trade show held at Marine Messe Fukuoka. It gathers food, beverage, equipment and service providers targeting the restaurant, retail and food‑service sectors. The exhibition is organized into several specialized sub‑exhibits: Ramen Industry Expo, Soba/Udon Industry Expo, Izakaya Industry Expo, Restaurant Prosperity Support Expo, Hotel‑Restaurant‑Cafe (HORECA) Expo, Food‑Delivery & Take‑out Expo, Restaurant‑Tech Expo, Yakiniku Industry Expo, plus a Premium Food Pavilion and an external “Food‑service Management DX Expo.” The event also features online showcases, seminars, live‑cooking stages and special projects. It serves as a platform for product launches, business matching, and industry trend discussions, supporting participants in expanding distribution channels across Kyushu and beyond.
