Shanghai Real Estate Exhibition 2026
The Luxury Property Show (LPS) Shanghai 2026, held Dec 4‑6 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, is Asia‑Pacific’s premier luxury real‑estate expo. Over 180 exhibitors from more than 50 countries will present high‑end assets such as ski‑resort chalets, beachfront villas, historic châteaux, private islands, luxury condominiums, vineyards, golf‑course estates, downtown apartments and eco‑friendly tropical resorts. The event targets Chinese HNWIs and UHNWIs, drawing 17,300+ buyers and featuring 50+ forums, conferences and gala receptions. Participants include developers from China, the US, Canada, UAE, Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia, showcasing properties ranging from 18th‑century castles to Dubai penthouses and alpine ski houses. LPS provides exhibition booths, networking opportunities, and promotional channels for sponsors and advertisers.
