RAPDASA-RobMech-PRASA-AMI Conference and Exhibition 2026
The 2026 RAPDASA‑AMI International Conference, themed "From Prototype to Production: Translating Research into Reality," will take place 27–30 October 2026 at the Protea Hotel Polokwane Ranch Resort, South Africa. It gathers experts from industry, R&D institutions, academia, and government in additive manufacturing, rapid product development, and advanced manufacturing. The program includes pre‑conference seminars (Computational Data Modelling, DAMTiPGM), an Industry Day, and a comprehensive exhibition of service providers—consulting, design, machine resellers, manufacturing, material and software suppliers, testing facilities, and toolmaking firms. Call for abstracts covers topics such as product design and development, materials selection, additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, CAD, reverse engineering, simulation, computational analytics, process modelling, structural analysis, materials engineering, tooling, AI/ML, robotics, management, agile manufacturing, and renewable energy applications. Submissions undergo double‑blind peer review; accepted papers appear in MATEC Web of Conferences, with select papers published in the ISI‑indexed South African Journal of Industrial Engineering.
